Guests who purchase together will be seated in the same proximity. Depending on the size of the group and available seating, the group may be split between 4-seat and 2-seat tables. 

If tickets were purchased separately, seating together is not guaranteed. We recommend purchasing all tickets together under one order whenever possible. 

Guests who purchase together under the same order will be seated together. Seating is based on our algorithm, available seats, and the size of the group. 

If tickets are purchased separately, we cannot guarantee that the guests will be seated together. 

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase all tickets together under the same order. This gives the best chance of being seated together. 

Yes. The bus is temperature controlled with air conditioning and heat for guest comfort.

No. Refunds are not available for guests who are unable to attend due to weather, rain, travel conditions, or personal transportation issues. 

Weather is outside of our control. If the city deems the weather unsafe and the trip is affected, we will contact affected guests directly with the available options. 

Yes. Tea Around Town operates rain or shine.
